By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18+ and the parent or legal carer of any child you set up or add later, and you consent to our collecting that child's toileting and health information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice. Super Kids Toilet Training is educational and is not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat. Always seek a qualified health professional for your child's health, and obtain medical clearance where we flag a concern.

The service. We provide a pre-screener, a toilet diary, and 1:1 toilet skill development with Renee (in-person, telehealth, or a quick consult). Content is general and may not suit every child; you decide what's appropriate and remain responsible for your child's safety and supervision.

Pricing & billing. The pre-screener and toilet diary are free. 1:1 packages (in-person, telehealth, quick consult, additional sessions) are one-off purchases at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you book — not a recurring subscription. Payment terms are confirmed as part of your service agreement. Refunds follow applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, access others' data, or share your account beyond the fair-use terms.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is"; nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. [Lawyer to finalise.]

Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed: your name and email, and for each child a first name (or nickname) and birth month/year — never surnames, photos or full dates of birth.

Sensitive information. Toileting and health details are sensitive information under the Australian Privacy Act (APP 3.3) and are collected only with your consent and only as needed to deliver the programme.

Your choices. Research use of de-identified data is optional and off by default; marketing and reminders are separate opt-ins. You can change any of these, export your data, or delete a child profile at any time.

Storage. Data is encrypted and stored in Australia. We never sell your data.
